Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds are available for paid seats that have not consumed more than the first live session (or first unlocked module for self-paced Trace Bench), provided you request within the timeframe below and meet the conditions.

Timeframe

Submit refund requests within 14 calendar days of payment clearance or before the second live session — whichever comes first. Late requests are reviewed only for documented medical or force-majeure events.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds apply when no live sessions were attended and no self-paced modules beyond the orientation unit were accessed. Partial refunds (typically 50%) may apply after a single live session if materials beyond orientation remain unused. After two live sessions, fees are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable Hong Kong law.

Non-refundable items

Travel booked independently, third-party exam vouchers, customised Assurance Atelier preparation already delivered, and seat transfers already completed are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@devopsdigital.digital with your invoice number, learner name, program name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days and process approved refunds thereafter.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 15 business days after confirmation. Bank timelines may add additional days. We do not issue cash refunds at the Lemmi Centre office.

Cancellation by Devopsdigital Digital

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled seat. We are not responsible for incidental travel costs unless agreed in writing for an Assurance Atelier engagement.

Exceptions

Consumer rights under Hong Kong law that cannot be excluded remain available. Corporate bulk contracts may specify alternate refund schedules that override this page for those seats.
