Voices from the assurance table

Feedback from engineers, controllers, and product leads who sat through our clinics. We keep the awkward notes in — they are usually the useful ones.

“After the evidence-pack module in Pipeline Control Ledger, our Friday release notes finally matched what finance expected on Monday. Still messy for hotfix nights, but the gap is narrower.”

“★★★★☆ — Solid facilitation. I wanted more time on vendor SSO edge cases.”

“Helena walked us through mapping journal approvals to deploy freezes. I am Adele from Tsim Sha Tsui — our controller finally stopped asking for screenshots of Jenkins.”

“The financial auditing app labs felt grounded. My reservation: remote attendees in Assurance Atelier need clearer breakout instructions. Content itself held up.”

Residual finding dropped from eleven open items to three, all with dated remediation owners.

Assurance Atelier ran on-site near Lemmi Centre with remote risk staff dialling in. The breakthrough was a shared “exception theatre” exercise: engineers practised narrating why a canary deploy skipped a secondary approver. Risk later reused the script in their own board pack.
